I learned something new about Twogether in Texas Certificates!

I just happened to ask Rhea (last weekend's bride) if she had any trouble using the Twogether in Texas certificate to obtain their marriage license. Her answer surprised me, so I did some research ...

You can obtain your marriage license from any county in Texas with the Twogether in Texas certificate BUT if you choose Dallas County you must go to the Records Building, 509 Main Street 2nd Floor, Dallas, TX 75202. Dallas County has several satellite locations that issue marriage licenses, but you can only use the Twogether in Texas certificate/waiver at the main Dallas Records Building. I HAD NO IDEA. I do not think there are restrictions for any other counties. Let me know if you find out otherwise!
