January 18-19, 2008

Another exciting weekend!
-
On Friday night, Anthony Austin and Mary Adams were married in Heritage Chapel. Anthony grew up attending church here and has been in MANY weddings here over the past year. It was finally his turn to be the groom! Anthony and Mary each had a minister that they were close to, so we had two minister officiate the ceremony. They had their reception in The Atrium (I wasn't able to grab any pics of the reception, so I'll need to post some from the photographer).
Mary's mom took the most amazing bridal portraits of Mary. They rented an antique home for a few hours and shot some very vintage portraits. Mary wore an amazing gown with a 1940's veil/hat (ya know what I'm talking about?!?!?). It was beautiful!
The ceremony ended with movies credits, including the writer "God" and wedding party names. Mary's film degree had to come through somehow! It was such a creative idea. The guests loved it.

Then on Saturday, Jackie Anderson and Chris Manack were married. This couple is so in love!! I quickly realized this when Jackie came down for her bridal pictures in December. The photographer called Chris during the photo shoot, so he could talk to Jackie and get her to really smile! They just light up when the other is near (or on the phone) -- isn't that how it should be :)
The ceremony was beautiful! Jackie's sister and brother-in-law sang...and let me tell you....they are super talented! Really really good! The Ringer Bearer pulled the flower girl down the aisle in a little red wagon; and the kids did surprisingly well!! It was adorable!

Their reception was held at City Place.
Florist: Chapelle des Fleurs/Tapestry Floral (bouquets & bouts)
Photographer: Capture The True You Photography (Christa Davidson - she is so great!)

Jackie wanted to use our single candle stands on either side of the aisle. We only allow live flames on stage, so this candles are electric, but still look great! No one can even tell!
