Saturday was finally Allison Stewart & Barrett Hemming's wedding day! They originally booked 7-7-07 but had to move it back. It was wonderful to finally see them wed. It was a joy to work with both of these families! Allison had great ideas that came to furition this past weekend.

The ceremony was full of beautiful music, mostly performed by the groom's talented family. Barrett (the groom) even arranged an instrumental piece for Allison to walk down the aisle to.

Allison really wanted a mashed potato bar, which we had not done before. It was a huge success!! Guests filled martini glasses with mashed potatoes and then piled on their choice of toppings! YUMMY! Allison also requested a special punch recipe that was used at her grandparent's wedding reception...such a sweet touch!

All day I truely felt that Allison and Barrett were soaking it all in! Sometimes wedding days seem a blur and I wonder if couples really realize the importance of the day, but with Allison and Barrett it was different!

Their vendors were phenomal (as expected) and the families were so calm and collected. What a great day!
